Rental Basics

  1. Choose your item and book it out via our website. We also have all of our items on the By Rotation app should you wish to book via By Rotation.
  2. Once we have agreed to the rental date you will receive a personal email from us confirming your booking is going ahead. If there are any issues with your booking or if you want to change or cancel your booking, this is the best place to get back in touch with us.
  3. You will receive your rented item on the first date of your rental period. All items will be sent to you via Next Day Tracked Delivery.
  4. Wear your item and enjoy. Don’t forget to send us some pictures of you in your rented dress!
  5. On the last date of your rental, pop the dress back into its original box and send it back to us via Next Day Tracked Delivery. You are responsible for the cost of the delivery. You are also responsible for the item should it get lost in the post, so please don’t skimp and send all items back via Next Day Tracked Delivery.
  6. We receive the item back. We clean it using natural, non-chemical products. We then steam it and it is ready to go out on its next adventure.

If you are buying a product from us in our sale, our shipping costs are £4 for standard shipping.

If you are renting from us, our rental fees including next day delivery are £10. This rental fee also covers basic cleaning of the item upon its return. Should the item be returned damaged or stained in any way, the borrower will be liable to pay the reasonable costs of repair. By renting from us you agree to these terms.

All sales are final.

All rentals are final. If you are unsure about your size in a particular dress, please send us an email via [email protected] or a direct message on Instagram @stylecollectivelondon and we can help you as much as we can.

If you are buying from us in our sale, we can ship the product Internationally.

If you are renting from us, rentals can be posted to UK addresses only. We only post items to locations in the UK where the Royal Mail will deliver the item tracked and guaranteed next day.

No, we clean the items for you. Please send your item back to the return address you received in your box. We take care of the cleaning process. Please do not attempt to clean the item without our prior consent.

We will try our best to help you with sizing by providing you with the brands measurements and a guide on fit. We know the dresses really well and we have never had an issue of an item not fitting someone once they have rented it from us.

We are currently based in Ascot and can accommodate try-ons in this location.

If you would like us to send your item to you to try on, we will charge for one days rental plus postage. If the item is sent back to us late, we will charge for every extra day until we receive the item back.

Payments

We accept PayPal and all major debit and credit cards via Stripe.

Shipping & Returns

To cancel or change the dates of a rental, please contact us at [email protected]

We are happy to cancel rentals up to 5 days in advance giving you a full refund.

If you wish to change the dates of a rental, we will accommodate your request where possible dependent on the availability of your chosen item.

You will have instructions sent to you with your rented item on how to return it. You are responsible for paying for the cost of the return shipping. All returns must be sent via tracked next day delivery. This ensures that if the item is lost, we can be compensated up to the value of £500. This therefore protects you from being liable for the loss of an item should the courier lose the item in transit.
